Silvia Grillitsch is not only a passionate ski instructor and successful athlete but also an inspiring leader. As her father's successor, she took over the CSA ski school and developed it successfully. With her enthusiasm for winter sports and her dedication to promoting people, she has turned the CSA Smiley Company into what it is today: a school that embodies courage, joy, and community.
Silvia's visionary leadership and her ability to bring out the best in everyone shape the corporate culture at CSA. Together with her team, the CSA Snow Heroes, she ensures unforgettable winter experiences and an environment marked by passion and cohesion.

They come from all over Europe and not only bring exceptional expertise, but also the possibility to offer the events and activities in a variety of languages. Whether Hungarian, Slovenian, Polish, Croatian, Czech, Russian, Dutch, Danish, French, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, or English - we ensure that your winter experience becomes unforgettable.
